EVENT MANAGEMENT
As wide as this area is, we do have the capability to take on almost any event. We will hold pre-production meetings with the client to ensure that we fully understand the client’s expectations and desires for their event. We will then look into all of the areas involved with the organization of these events. These areas include:

Location
After conducting a requisition of various locations that we think are appropriate, we will suggest them to the client for them to make their choice. We will provide the client with information on the price, amenities available on-site, size and any other information they may require.

Sound System
As we have a resident sound engineer, this is obviously an area that comes as second nature to us. The sound system package that we tailor for the client will be appropriate for the area and suitable for the client’s budget.

Lighting Design
The lighting of an event plays a major role in its success. We are closely affiliated with leading lighting engineers, and therefore are able to provide the latest in lighting technology.

Themes
Should the client be interested in spicing up their event, we can provide various theme ideas. This will allow for the event to be more fun, provided the nature of the event deems it appropriate.

Decoration
This would include backdrop, balloons, streamers, banners and/or any other appropriate decoration that is required by the client. If the event is theme oriented, we will provide decoration based on that theme. If not, then simple decoration such as potted plants can also be arranged.

Entertainment
This is probably our forte. We are able to provide live music in various languages such as English, Malay, Tamil, Hindi, and Chinese. If live music is not in the interest of the client, a music machine can be arranged with a disc jockey playing the music of choice. If the event requires other forms of entertainment, these can be arranged upon discussion with the client. Examples would be a magician, a clown, outdoor games and/or blow-up equipment.

Catering
After discussions with the client regarding the type of food, the type of service and so on, we will contact catering services and acquire quotations. We will then come up with a package that suits the client. For outdoor events, fast food such as hotdogs, popcorn, candy floss and the like can also be arranged.

Licences
We will be responsible for the acquisition of all licences required as per event.

Door gift
If the client already has the door gift, we will provide the service of packaging it in an attractive fashion. Should the client wish to give out door gifts but does not have it, we can look into the possibility of arranging for door gifts.

Photography and videography
These can be arranged at the client’s request. Photographs can be done in either colour or black and white or both. Video can be provided in either beta format or recorded onto a compact disc or both.

Transportation and Accommodation
These are applicable if the event is one that involves an overnight trip. Arrangements can be made with a travel agent to arrange for the transportation of choice as well accommodation that fits the budget.

Invitations
We can provide printed invitations, hand made invitations, formal invitations or more creative invitations. In the event of a theme party, invitations will also be made in accordance with the theme.

Press invites
We will send out invitations to the various press; print and television, should the event require it.

MULTIMEDIA ADVERTISING
Radio advertising
In this area we are able to provide the services if buying airtime, making bookings for airtime, creating jingles, providing voice over talents as well as recording and editing the advertisement. The advertisement can be in the form of a jingle or even just an announcement.

Television advertising
We can make commercials in the form of animation using computer graphics or, if the client prefers, commercials with people. In this case we will carry out the auditions for talents and make arrangements for the shooting of the commercial.

Print advertising
As we are closely affiliated with a media relations company, we are able to provide a competitive rate for print advertisements. Layout and graphics can also be provided
